The candidate should be a graduate / postgraduate with good communication skills having 2-8 years of experience and be a good team player :

1. Software / Senior Software Engineers for Web Development: (Job Code: WEB-ADP CCU or MAA) for Kolkata or Chennai respectively.
   - Proficiency in ASP.Net 2.0 or higher, AJAX.Net, .Net Framework 2.0 or Higher , Visual Studio 2005 or higher , C# 2.0 or higher with exposure in Web services and
   - RDBMS know how prefearbly in Oracle. Knowledge in WCF, LINQ would be an added advantage

   - The Candidate should be a graduate / post graduate with good communication skills having 3-6 years of experience in Software quality assurance and Testing. He/She should be a good team player with the following technical skills:
   - Good exposure and understanding of the Software Testing & Quality assurance process.
   - Ability to understand the Software Development Life Cycle and capable of manually testing the applications and analyze the test results with respect to the business process flow.
   - Knowledge of any automated tools will be an added advantage
5. Technical Writers: (Job Code: TW CCU) For Kolkata Only
   - The Candidate should have min 3 years experience with a good understanding of the English language and PG degree
   - Experience in Technical Documentation and preparation of user manuals , online help etc.
   - Knowledge of authoring tools like Robohelp will be an added advantage.
